2011 AZ Health and Wellness Event

We had an amazing time at the 2011 AZ Health and Wellness event hosted by ABIL (Arizona Bridge to Independent Living). The event was held at the very beautiful Disability Empowerment Center in the heart of Phoenix.

The DEC was a great venue for this event as the center is built to be extremely accessible for people with all types of disabilities. We met many people this Saturday and it was a very pleasant time at the event.

New Products: Serene Innovations

We have a lot of cool new gadgets coming in from Serene Innovations and we can’t wait to show you!

Here’s a sneak peek at one of them. The Serene Innovations VM-150 Amplified Answering Machine with Slow Play-Back. We think most people who don’t even have hearing loss would enjoy this product since listening to recorded messages is typically difficult.

2011 AZ Health and Wellness Fair

Please come by the 2011 AZ Health and Wellness Fair next Saturday. We will be spending most of the day at the fair as well and we will have a booth with a few cool products to showcase. We are very excited to spend time with everyone and be part of this event!

The 2011 Fair will offer multiple education and exhibition opportunities to the general public and healthcare professionals who are in search for answers to the complex questions surrounding chronic illnesses and disabilities.

The day-long fair will feature six presentations held here in the Nina Mason Pulliam Conference Center on the topics of assistive technology, depression in chronic illness, naturopathic medicine, diabetes, special needs trusts and relationships & intimacy; as well as, fitness demonstrations, health screenings, healthy, but inexpensive cooking demonstrations and an exposition of community partners.  There will be more venders added so please check this page for weekly updates.
